We built this tool because most snow day predictors do not say how they work. Ours uses the official National Weather Service forecast and a scoring method that is explained in full on How it works.

• We say what the number is based on, every time.
• We never show 100%. Only your school district can decide.
• We do not claim an accuracy rate we have not measured.
• We do not ask for an account or store your location.
